For as long as I can remember, I have always loved to draw, paint or just plain make stuff. My mom still reminds me; “Don’t you remember that horse characture you painted that they displayed in the town library? I loved it!”, “Of course you did,” I said, “You’re my MOM!” I was six years old! How good could it have been?! But Moms are like that - they HAVE to like your stuff - they’re your mom!

By now you may have realized that Olive Food™ translates into I LOVE FOOD! While I do really love food & cooking, (I admit – I am a Food Network Junkie), I have always used a play on words with my family & friends – OLIVE U being my favorite –I started thinking about all sorts of foods and how I could play with them. I kept waking up in the middle of the night jotting down more & more ideas and finally, Olive Food was born. The feedback has been tremendous (not only from my mom), people love it! Watching their laughter as they read each one makes me believe that Olive Food™ and the vast area of products it can generate would be “grapley” welcomed by the consumer - not only for the usefulness of the products but for the smiles it brings – especially with our flailing economy – EVERYONE could use a laugh or two!!

Another humorous line I created is NOBODY'S PERFECT® – offering many categories of licensing opportunities. (so far we’re a hit in Australia with licensees for mugs, aprons, magnets, beverage holders & metal signs).
